When do I need to pay my tuition and fees?

Payment for tuition and fees is due at the time of registration. During early registration, students who have not paid tuition and fees will have their registrations cancelled each Friday at 5 PM. During final registration, students who have not paid tuition and fees will have their registrations cancelled that evening. My financial aid is pending, do I need to pay now?

Students receiving scholarships, financial aid or veterans benefits should contact the Financial Aid office at 678-891-3400 or the Veterans Office at 678-891-3418 for payment instructions.

How much will I have to pay?

Tuition and fees depend on a number of things, the number of courses taken, the nature of the courses, where or how the course is delivered (which campus, online, etc...), when you start attending GPC,  and your residence status in Georgia. Actual costs are determined at the time of registration. There will also be some additional fees that are approved by the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia. How do pay my tuition and fees?

There are three basic ways to pay tuition

1. Payment with a major credit card or electronic check can be made online through the Student Information System (SIS) at sis.gpc.edu
2. Payment by check through the US Postal Service (this option can't be used during final registration)
3. Payment with cash, check, or major credit card on campus at the Student Accounts Office.

How can I check my financial aid status?

Once your FAFSA has been processed by the government, you can monitor your award, progress, & eligibility through GPC's Student Information System (SIS) by following the instructions at www.gpc.edu/finaid/checkstatus.htm .
