Requesting a GPC Transcript

Electronic Transcripts - order and send online!

Requesting a Transcript Online (through SIS):

1. Go to the GPC Student Information System (SIS)
2. Click "Enter Student Information System"
3. Enter your GPC username and password
  Don't know what that is? Your GPC username and password is the same one used for GPC email and iCollege. If you know your GPC username and password, proceed to the next step. If you are a new user or have forgotten your username and password, go to GetMyLogin.
  If you last attended GPC prior to Spring 2008 you will not have a GPC username and password. You will need to use your GPC-ID and PIN to enter the SIS.
4. Click "Login"
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the GPC Bulletin Board and click "Continue"
6. Verify your address and phone number
7. Select "Student Records"
8. Click on "Request Official/Printed Transcript".  Review the information provided and click 'Continue'.
9. Follow the on screen instructions to place your order through Transcripts on Demand.
  Cost:    e-Transcripts: $3
    Paper Mailed Transcript: $5
    Paper Pickup Transcript: $10
    *Note: Cost is based on an order of one transcript. Please review your itemized receipt for details on multiple transcript orders - the cost tends to be less depending on the number of recipients.
10. Once you have completed the order in Transcripts on Demand please be sure to send off the release form that you received during the order process. Your order is not complete until the document is approved.
11. Please check your email for updates regarding your order. If you entered a cell phone number you may also choose to have notices via text.

Requesting a Transcript Online:

1. Go to https://iwantmytranscript.com/gpc and choose "sign up" if this is your first request in the portal. If you have previously placed an order simply sign in to the left.
2. Follow the on screen prompts to complete your order through Transcripts on Demand.
3. You may need your GPC ID.....use this link to look it up: GPC-ID
4. You will have three options in ordering your transcript. The fastest and least expensive method is the eTranscript.
  Cost:    e-Transcripts: $3
    Paper Mailed Transcript: $5
    Paper Pickup Transcript: $10
    *Note: Cost is based on an order of one transcript. Please review your itemized receipt for details on multiple transcript orders - the cost tends to be less depending on the number of recipients.
5. Once you have completed the order in Transcripts on Demand please be sure to send off the release form that you received during the order process. Your order is not complete until the document is approved.

Third Party Transcript Requests:

1. Please use your institutionally designated request form.

Requesting a Handcarry / Pickup Transcript:

Handcarry / Pickup transcripts should also be ordered online at https://iwantmytranscript.com/gpc. There is a $10.00 fee for each transcript requested. The fee must be paid through the Transcripts on Demand portal. Please note in the comments section of your web order at which campus location you will pickup your order. If no campus is noted the transcript will not be printed until your arrival and you will be expected to wait while it is processed. Thanks for your assistance with this process!
